Getting Started with EPIC Fund NY
Participation is available to any municipal corporation or special-purpose district empowered under New York state statute including towns, villages, cities, school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, fire districts, and counties not within the City of New York. County or town improvement districts where the respective county or town is required to pledge its faith and credit for the district’s debt service are also eligible.
Step 1
To invest in EPIC Fund NY, an eligible articipant must complete the New Participant Application and taken other necessary steps to open an account before investing in the Fund.
- Read the EPIC Fund NY Information Statement.
- Contact a Relationship Manager or the Client Services Group at CSGEast@pfmam.com with questions.
Step 2
Complete and send the following forms to the Client Services Group (also available on the Forms and Resources section of this site):
- New Participant Application (for initial Account only)
- Account Application (for each account, signed by an authorized representative)
- Contact Record (for each person from the participating entity who will interact with the account)
- IRS W-9 form
- Wire and/or ACH Setup Instructions
